KEY EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS LEADER
Mitchell Chan is the key player spearheading Golden Touch Capital Management Sdn Bhd (GTCM), bringing extensive experience in corporate management, investment strategy, financial planning and business development.
Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Cardiff University and is a member of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB). He has more than 28 years of experience in corporate management, having held senior positions in established Malaysian corporations and conglomerates.
His previous leadership experience includes positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Legacy Trustee Berhad, Chief Executive Officer IWG Asst Management Ltd, Senior Management at Tropicana Corporation Berhad, Chief Operating Officer at Len Chong Berhad, and Senior Vice President at Versatile Creative Berhad.
Throughout his career, Mr. Chan has developed extensive expertise across investment strategy, corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, project management and financial consultancy. His financial and commercial experience also includes budgeting, financial analysis, risk assessment and corporate valuation.
His knowledge extends across a broad range of financial instruments and investment areas, including equities, bonds, commodities, derivatives and precious metals.
At GTCM, Mr. Chan spearheads the company’s business development and strategic direction, leveraging his extensive experience to identify opportunities, develop business strategies, manage relationships and drive the company’s growth.
His leadership philosophy is centred on combining commercial practicality, disciplined financial management, strategic thinking and long-term value creation.
With his extensive corporate and financial experienced, Mr. Chan plays a central role in shaping GTCM’s business direction and strengthening the company’s ability to provide effective and commercially focused financial solutions to its clients.
